There was no $10 reactivation fee as what you have mentioned. My zero bal account was tagged as dormant for awhile but I was surprised some incoming funds could still come in (my friend paynow me and It went through). So the moment those funds came in, I was charged a fall below fee when we cross the month end. Anyway the cso managed to waive off for me when I called in.

Sweet. I shall leave my account dormant then.
