First time got the invitation too. But 1.8% worth taking up? Lower than their current 2% esaver.
Any advice?
1.8% or higher.
Eg if 1jun scb esaver offer 2.1%, then u get 2.1% for the 2 mths, jun-jul. If esaver is 1.9%, u get 1.9%. but if esaver offers 1.7% on 1jun, u will still get 1.8%.

Adding to tmk’s advice, it saves the trouble of moving funds for similar rates. Suits lazy people like meFirst time got the invitation too. But 1.8% worth taking up? Lower than their current 2% esaver.

i just got a physical letter. they said all we need to do is maintain the current balance. So that means no need for fresh funds I think.

And u got a better offer at 1.8%. Mine is at 1.75% from May 2019 to May 2020.
Hahaha SC basically telling us don't bother playing switching game, save the effort for you (at least for 1 year).
