Total balance will be negative. I paid mine already. So can't share

The payment isnt reflected on the transaction? Thanks though, i will keep a look out on this. Definitely dun wan to be caught with OD.

Maybank you can't keep 0, the minimum is 10 dollar. Every month will deduct 2 dollar if your balance fall below 500. After 5 months once the 10 dollar hit 0, the account will auto close.

If u want to confirm whether the bank will charge you fall below fee if the account has zero balance, u either test it or write in for written confirmation.

I tested OCBC360 with less than $2, and all got deducted, no more. So I confirm is account zero no fall below fee will be charged. One mth later, someone asked OCBC here and OCBC confirmed if account has zero balance, no fall below fee will be charged.

For other banks, unless u got confirmation from the bank or u test with a few cents to confirm. TNC does not tell u if account is zero whether fall below fee will be charged. At your own risk!

Edit: for scb, my ex rm told me pb customers will not be charged, so can keep zero, so "classify" all your related accts under my pb so can keep zero balance.

Today's experience at HSBC was good. Staff was all smiles and polite. Premier or not no difference (referring to attitude). They treat every one nicely, including the uncles and aunties who do not have HSBC account and just exchanging cash. Can see tellers working hard and fast and normal queue moved fast. People walk out of the bank happy.

Really ah?? Which branch you visited? Next time got commemorative notes again can go HSBC! 😂😂

HSBC Tampines. They issued last 100 sets today (12 Jun) . Tomorrow no more.

Long queue before bank opened. Staff came out when it open and gave the form to fill out for the first 100 in line. For the rest they explained that may not get unless the first 100 did not take the max. So people at the back can decide if they still want to wait. As the bank is small and those in queue could not get inside to get queue number, staff came out and gave the queue number to those willing to wait and explained the same along the line. Service was good. Very orderly. Queue moved fast.

What is touching is that they treat everyone as their customer. I heard a manager replying to someone who is behind the 100 that everyone is their customer not just those who has account with them.
