I received the exclusive bonus, but am puzzled how come it's the same amount despite me adding in 100k on 1 August? isn't the exclusive bonus calculated from the balance from the month? or is it because I already gotten the bonus interest for August, so there won't be anymore exclusive bonus for the month?

If you are enrolled under the one year exclusive program, the top up bonus should be credited end of the month. If you top up in Aug, you should get it on end Aug only. Unless you top up more again on 1 Sep, then you will be getting another bonus again end Sep.

My balance has been reducing so unable to verify.

I also have this issue. I topped up in early august but my interest for july and august (august one was just credited on 20 september) has been the same amount.

I called yesterday and am told the exclusive bonus paid in 2 batches, meaning the one you get on 20th may not be the full interest sum. This is pretty confusing.

I did receive the bonus interest (based on the current promotion rate of 1.9% for 100k) on 31 August. Then next was the exclusive bonus interest on 20 September, which was exactly the same amount I got on 20 August. But I thought the exclusive bonus paid on 20 September was based on the ADB of August, so it should not be that little considered that I topped up on 1 August.

Hmm. Dunno is because there shouldn't be any further bonus paid on 20 September or it is based on wrong month of ADB...

Anyone got issues to transfer your fund between your own accounts right now?

I'm having second thoughts about the extended program for one year.

I joined in Mar or Apr this year. All was well until aug when I only received one tranche of interest instead of 2 tranches. Turned out that I mistook the comparison month to be fixed as Mar 2019 when it actually moves along with the program and so my ADB in aug was lower than my ADB in July, the new comparison month.

Needing to maintain ADB is stressful for me as I tend to move my funds around. That coupled with the later date at which the interest is credited is making the extended program increasingly unattractive for me.

Think I'll just go back to toggling between 2 accounts every 2 months

Errr... if you are in the 1-year exclusive promotion, the comparsion month is fixed.
And if you are in 1-year "extension" promo in March 2019, your comparison month should be in 2018, not in 2019.

just wondering, if I was auto-upgraded to priority (which requires $200k balance) but then supposed I transfer out lump sum such that the total balance drops < $200k, what will happen? will they impose charges or will they downgrade me to ordinary?
