Moving my fund from SC to CIMB Fastsaver, at least the 1st $50k it pays 1%, next 25k pay 1.5%, another 25k pay 1.8%. Above 100k it pays 0.6% though.

Fastsaver is 1.325%. If u going for int, u should open fastsaver-i, also 1.325%

No fall below fee if your balance is $0 even for non-priority.

Seems like there is no upper limit for Starsaver, any amount more than $100k will let you earns 0.80% too, best is, top up $500 per month will let you earn 1.00% for the entire sum.

So for a single account holder :
100k in Fastsaver @ 1.38%
100k in Fastsaver-i @ 1.38%
Any amount in Starsaver @ 0.80% (top up $500/month for 1.00%)

How does the $500/mth for 1.00% work?
e.g. If I deposit 100k to Starsaver today, how do I get 1.00% instead of 0.08%?

Got the answer:
FastSaver-i
Up to 1.0 % Profit rate p.a.
Shariah-compliant
Minimum Deposit of SGD 1,000

Looks like Fastsaver-i is up to 1.0% profit rate p.a. Does it mean that the 1.0% rate is not guaranteed?

I was actually charged fall below of $5 for May though. Accidentally left some money inside and saw $5 fall below fee being charged in the account history.
