This time round shift and hold until end May or need to musical chairs with another esaver at end of April?did not shifted any funds from other accounts past few months due to low interest rates across all banks.

From now till 31 May 2021, earn up to 0.50% p.a. interest on eligible deposit balance of S$1 million with no lock-in period when you bring in incremental fresh funds* (compared to March 2021’s average daily balance)This time round shift and hold until end May or need to musical chairs with another esaver at end of April?

Depending on the adb of your account in March 2021. U just have to transfer the money to ur esaver with the lowest adb in March 2021.so do we still need merry go round?

Yupz I know. CheersIn any case if u have 2 esaver accts and they happened to be Low amt, coz u transferred ur fund out prior to this month. Remember not to load both ya. Just focus on one for this time so u can do ur merry go round in the subsequent period promo.![]()
US gov bond yield up 1%+ since last month. People holding us gov bonds seeing bond price drop & negative capital? But feds rate still low. At least for short term
Put in cpf better, hee hee0.5% is actually not that bad in this climate considering banks rates are 0.05% (10x lesser).
and also all the popular products are also 1% or <1% nowadays (vanilla ones).
Diff tenorUS gov bond yield up 1%+ since last month. People holding us gov bonds seeing bond price drop & negative capital?
True especially SA but bear in mind that the fund transferred into cpf can no longer considered as spare cash u wanna withdraw anytime. u can put in and cannot take out till a certain age and only when u met the minimum sum.Put in cpf better, hee hee
Which tenor you referring to?Diff tenor
Short term bond usually not as sensitiveWhich tenor you referring to?
Short term US Gov bond pays you <1% pa, much worst than putting in cpf oa. Even 10y us gov bond is paying only 1.6% pa! I rather buy 10y China gov bond paying >3.2% paShort term bond usually not as sensitive
