If really no need just change. Otherwise may forget next year.

My case was I maintained $1000 min bal. The debit card charge made it go below $1000 and I was charged fall below fee also. Had to ask to reverse both debit card annual fee and fall below fee.

for normal esaver
feb and mar promo - earn interest for incremental fresh funds* (compared to January 2023 average daily balance)
Apr and May promo- earn interest for incremental fresh funds* (compared to Mar 2023 average daily balance)
Jun and Jul promo - earn interest for incremental fresh funds* (compared to May 2023 average daily balance)
Aug and Sep promo - earn interest for incremental fresh funds* (compared to July 2023 average daily balance)
And so on, assuming no change.

to earn bonus interest, It will always compare the previous month ADB of the start of the promotion month, even if u put money during anytime of the promo 2 month period.

For normal esaver promo, the interest is credited on 1st of next month.

not sure if you're responding to my post but just to clarify, some of us have the special invite which does not need to compare with preceding month's ADB. It's based on the entire balance in the account.

No, my is just for those who are on normal esaver promo. Yeah there is another special invitation promo for some.

For those esaver acct who earn bonus interest based on excess of certain month end bal,
SCB is actually asking you to bring yr cash somewhere else cause yr entire prior month end bal would ve only earnEd 0.05% …nobody would keep it there when other banks are paying at least 3 odd %
Other invites have bonus interest based on yr entire bal up to X amt these are acct holders SCB wants to retain…..so take a look at yr type n determine yr status there

Doesn't matter what type, if suits me i happy i put in normal esaver if not happy i go to others.

Did u copy and paste but purposely change the bonus int to 1.5%?
