Hi all May I check your amount of interest credited today? Seem very low like few dollars for me though on avg I have $40000.

As always, login desktop to see. The app is still broken so it will not reflect correctly.

All, just lost track on the Bonus interest. Logged on to the account found the 3 interest items.
CR Interest, Bonus Interest, Exclusive Bonus Interest

So now SCB divided them into 3 parts? Base Interest 0.05% is the CR Interest. Then the Bonus interest now send into two parts which is the Bonus (pay in current month) and Exclusive Interest (pay in next month)?

Am my understanding is correct?

Any idea what time they deduct the fall below fee? The other time i left 5c in there they also deduct away. I only discover that after 5pm on 1st of month.

Item 2 + 3 will sum up to the sign up TnC Bonus Interest (3.95 %).

On 28 Jun I received Sign-up bonus interest interest for May23 (01 of 7) and on 30 Jun I only got the CR interest. I was upgraded to Priority Banking on 22nd May and the RM said Im eligible for 4% till Nov (May Promotion).

You check thru the SC using Browser right?

If you are missing it, you can call SC to check on it.

If not, wait till end of Jul to check if the "Sign-up bonus interest interest" Credited tally with the Jun interest that you should get.

I am missing my bonus interest for Jun too. I actually received an email that says I will get 3.5% interest if Jun-Aug balance is higher than 31st May. I called in and they said I did not get the 3.5% interest as my incremental balance is not higher than May and my account did not reflect the 3.5% interest rate which I should have qualified for. I had to send in the email for them to investigate. If you think you are missing you bonus interest, call in and check because even a bank can get this wrong.
