I deposited 50001 when the new account promo was on. Then following mth added like 30 40k.

Then realise only got 3.4% on fresh fund,aka the 30 40k. Meaning i lost interest on existing 50k.

That was for june balance. Now 1aug, i havent get the remainder 0.6%

I withdrew some out in late july but still had 20k inside until 31 july, so was surprised at zero bonus interest.

Did you also have 20k average balance in May? The bonus interest is on incemental balance not on the full balance. Hence the old birds here call it the merry go round game.

No, may adb was zero. That’s why june i got the bonus interest but july nothing Isstrange.

The old bird very familiar with this mechanics, it's been around for years and they haven't change it to trick or mislead. Kudos to SCB actually. A lot less confusing than EGA too.

They also keep the tnc up for the entire promo period so it's clear what's the reference month.

but all the old birds like disappear already or lazy to answer questions anymore..

actually is also there in the mobile version but maybe cos u cant remember ur exact balance
