If I were you, I will transfer 200k today and $200k tomorrow as there is no way to transfer $400k in a day to earn interest on 2 Oct. The interest forgone on today's out going transfer is pittance.

I will do like wise too. 1st transfer $200k, 2nd Oct another $200k. At least I confirm that I can get the interest of $400k from the other bank from 2nd Oct onwards. Unless ur transfer limit allow you to transfer $400k on the same day

The reference month is sept. If her Oct and Nov adb is higher than sept, regardless of which acct the money comes from, she will get the base plus bonus interest. Coming from someone who had tried many years since esaver started this type of promo.

thanks. so according to the past experience, she will get the bonus as end of Sep her acct is 1K, so anything above that she will get. But according to TnC, it must be fresh funds not from the bank. Is that the same TnC all these while, I didn't take note as I only started on 1st Aug, so missed the TnC in the previous promo.

My average monthly balance for Sept was about 20Xk+. On 30 Sept I withdrew everything and left about 3k inside. If I topped up to 310k by 31 Oct, I will qualify for the promotion? And will my 21Xk Sept bonus reduce my interest for Oct onwards? Seems like this invite is different mechanic from the regular promo

You have to read the terms of your invitation, whether it is based on average Sept balance, likely but still your case may be different.

I Thot SCB always uses ADB for the whole month to calculate the bonus interest. Usually need to be incremental. But Some invitations no need.

The Incremental Balance is compared with $96,700 (ADB of Sep).

I’m now slightly concerned. For those on the 3.65% invite from 1 Sept. . We get the bonus 3.60% on the ADB of our entire balance right? No comparison or incremental ADB needed. As long as there is $100k more on 30/9 compared to 31/8, right? And after 30/9 can just withdraw the $100k if we want to. Will still earn the 3.65% for whatever amount we have in the eSaver account till 31/1 2024. Subject to $5m limit. Do correct me if my understanding is different from yours. Thanks.

For public incremental promotion, it has always been using ADB to calculate the bonus interest. Never was it based on the amount on the last day of the previous month.

Really up to u alr. My experience is as long as other scb account to the esaver, it is eligible.
