If you are referring to the 3.8% invite from Dec till April then yah, not yet in. The way they pay out the bonus interest really pattern more than badminton one...

thanks. I agree. I posted and saw the earlier posts where the interest end Feb is lower than end Jan
hence I also thought I was short changed or there was an error

thanks to all who replied

The pattern actually quite predictable if you've been playing the game for a long time.
Been on since May last year but it was only recently that it became 2 interest payouts on last day of the month, and another one (big one) mid of next month.

Means you've not been on special invite before? Usually even years ago for targeted promo usually it would be paid mid month.

After this month which banks should I put if wanna do musical chairs?
Maybank’s isavvy just started its 2-month promo this month so u still got one more month to enjoy the promotional interest if u withdraw from ur scb and move there at the start of the next month. Then again, u will have to consider what’s next after maybank comes May 1st.

If nothing better then most prob just put at Maribank 2.88% until scb/maybank promo opens up again.

Got risk both? 10k hard earned money cannot afford lose wor
got risk, not covered by sdic. since mari invest buy mas tbills with the fund, u may lose most of your capital if mas default those bills. however, when mas falls, sgd and even sg will also fall. alternatively, u can invest in usd funds to avoid such risks.

let's not deviate from the topic and ask in depth qtns in the relevant thread.

For the 1 Feb to 31 Mar cycle, is there any penalty for withdrawal before 31 Mar? Eg. If withdrawn today, will the interest be calculated and given till 13 Mar?

No penalty so long as u have met the fall below fee. The interest on the base and incremental balance will be pro-rated and paid on the last day of the month.
