Is the interest for the June- Aug , invite B given on the Incremental balance as at end of May ? Or on Incremental ADB?
Your first time taking part in special invite? You don't get the interst at month end.Withdrew most of the money in my esaver.
Was in the invite for June.
The interest received on 29th June was so paltry , much less than 3.55% on incremental balance from 31 May.
Tried calling them up to enquire about interest calculation
First CSO said that I had called the priority number by mistake. Refused to attend to me. Gave me another number.
Called that number, went round and round, but never got to option to speak to an officer.
Went to their chat line, thd officer said he would check for me. I waited for him to do so. Their system kicked me our for inactivity! I tried again. The officer (same name) again started asking for all the I info for verification.
I'm fed up.

some don't bother to read the T&Cs attached in addition to the invite email. Some read and don't understand.Some can't get the 101 of esaver invite
I suggest first timers to read the TnCs of invite from top to bottom, all info is written there.

Previous month closing balance was just a bit above zero
I'm on invite one.
I calculated balance x number of days + balance x no of days and so on.
Then I totally up and divide by 30 to find the average balance.
Then I multipy by % , then ÷ 365 x 30.
I arrived at $200+ .
But they only gave me $100+

1. CR Interest - this should be on base interest of 0.05% of daily account balance
2. Bonus Interest Payment from 1 Jun 2024 to 30 Jun 2024 - this should be the partial payment of 3.XX% based on ADB. The balance of the BI should be credited by 20th Jul 2024. The 2 BI credit should add up to $200++.

THe "press 0 to speak with CSO" option is there for SCB, you just have to be patient and listen to all the options and not to skip and select the option before all are heard!on the phone. It is right at the end of the options somewhere.
does your esaver interest tally now?I just found and checked my phone recording (of that call in June). The 2nd part of the BI will be in by 7th July.
But for subsequent months, it will be later , by the 15th.

I understand this issue of unable to find a real person to talk to. In the end I did online chat, and the CSO in online chat taught me that to get to someone to speak to on phone, you need to do this:I rang up again on 8th. The CSO said she will get the relevant dept to check, and that they would call me back the next day . But they didn't call me back.
I'll go check my account again.
Update: it's there now. It wasn't there when I checked at around 18:00 on the 8th.
Btw , how I managed to get through was to choose the option for report scam.
(After many futile attempts going through "account " and having no suitable option, then having to go to ,previous menu, original menu etc)

Select credit card personal loan press 1 >> credit card press 1 >> statement balance press 1 >> read out via voice >> once fully completed, wait for the message that says "press * to speak to an agent".
I told the online CSO like wah lau how would anyone knows this trick to get to a real person zzz
anyway I find it's quite easy to reach them via the online chat, the only problem is that both the app and website are buggy, the chat bubble may not come out, so you need to keep refreshing until the bubble appears![]()

Can I confirm to cancel SCB card must talk to a real agent? I know UOB must as I use the app cancel I thought ok but cannot must still get through to agent and from her end cancel then counted.Used to.
