I may be wrong, but below is my interpretation of the t&cs:
Register & just need to deposit at least $100k on 30 Oct & maintain it there for 30-31Oct to ensure the balance on 31Oct is at least $100k higher than the balance on 30Sep. There is no need to keep at least $100k balance continuously for Oct, Nov & Dec.

Bonus interest calculation is based on the incremental Average Daily Balance (ADB) for each of the 3 interest-earning months (Oct, Nov, Dec) compared to Sep ADB. This incremental ADB can be less than $100k & need not to be at least $100k. You also do not need to keep funds there for all 3 months, for example - you can choose to transfer funds into the a/c only in Dec.

(Note: 31Oct is public holiday)

Read the tnc carefully, it says 31 Oct and not 30 Oct actually, so it depends if SCB does value on public holiday (which they usually do not), so a pro tip would be to do it by 30th to be safe.

So in short, if transfer in $ on 30 Oct wh is at least $100K > than the balance on 30 Sep, the incremental amt will be able to earn total of 3.45% (BI 3.35% + 0.05% prevailing) and 3.5% (BI 3.44% + 0.05% prevailing) for Nov and Dec respectively.
Even if I just deposit for month of Nov also can, cuz no need to maintain for all 3 months fr Oct-Dec.

Yes, that is for the Bonus Interest rate and the $100K is higher than the ADB for September 2024. There is also a Prevailing Interest rate of 0.05%.
Most important is to register for Marathon $aver Promotion.
