I believe you are on the Exclusive for September to November? Do you know if those on this promotion can concurrently stack on the Marathon by simultaneously fulfilling the Marathon criteria ie the registration and the topping up 100k > end of day September balance? Thank you
are there additional benefits other than you "extend" the BI by another month Dec 2024?

i'm on exclusive BI invite until October only (Aug - Oct). not sure if anyone got invited to November (if any).

the exclusive BI actually gives interest on the total balance instead of incremental balance. I think that's the key difference between normal promo and exclusive promo, other than the (slightly) different rates.

I don't see any other additional benefits only an additional month for December.
But then if you are on invite and your Sep 2024 is funded, the Marathon BI for Dec 2024 is incremental Dec 2024 ADB vs Sep 2024 ADB.

Hi I’m an newbie to SCB and getting confused here talking to the Cso of SCB…Anyone can advise on the SCB marathon saver pls? If my Sept ADB is zero and sign up promo with 100k this month, means I can enjoy the bonus interest for 100k on Oct, Nov , Dec? No need to further top to 100k every month right? Cso telling me every month need to top up new funds or else won’t get bonus interest for each month ? Seems like it doesn’t make sense…thank you

Yes, that’s why I am confused why the cso said need to top up every month
CSO may not provide the correct information at times. It is recommended to refer to the Terms and Conditions since there is an illustration table.

just got this email:
Dear client,
You have successfully registered for the Marathon $aver Promotion using your e$aver Account number ending with 9999.
To enjoy step-up bonus interest on eligible incremental balance (compared to September 2024 average daily balance) from October 2024 to December 2024, remember to top up your registered e$aver Account with fresh funds such that your deposit balance on 31 October 2024 is at least S$100,000 higher than the balance on 30 September 2024.
9FBF1B371B22DDC894CABC610E0B47E4.png
Enjoy 0.05% p.a. prevailing interest rate on deposit balance.

May I know roughly how long do we need to wait for the confirmation email and in-app confirmation?
I have signed up but still have not receive any confirmation...

So if I have 1k at the end of Sep, if I put 200K before 31st Oct I will enjoy marathon bonus for 3 months? But I just registered for the marathon bonus. Not sure enough time to take part. 😢

For the Esaver marathon, I know that I need to have $100,000 higher than the balance of 30th Sep, and my 30th Sep is $0.
Oct bonus interest is 3.30%, Nov is 3.35%, and Dec 3.45%
If my balance is less than 100K for both Nov and Dec, say only have 50K, will I still get the 3.35% and 3.45%?
I assume yes, but would like to confirm here, thanks!

Yup, the only qualifying criterion is for 31 Oct balance to be higher. Nov and Dec balance do not matter for promo qualifying.

Must I wait for any confirmation after registration of the marathon bonus before depositing my funds?

31 Oct is a public holiday and being the last calendar day of October, I reckon that depositing fund to eSaver account on 31 Oct will not earn interest for that day. Can anyone who has the same situation in the past confirm this?

Yes, I think SC excludes Sundays and public holidays.

In fact, SC is particularly vindictive in that they'll also clawback bonus interest from withdrawals done on Sundays and public holidays.
