I tried depositing fund into my SCB account on first 2 days of Feb. It was rejected. I tried a few banks and all incoming funds got rejected by SCB. Then I tried to withdraw $100 and outgoing fund was successful. Today, I called up to enquire but was told that an officer will get back by end of the day and thank me for banking with them for the past 32 years. What a joke! :D:D:D Priority member account could be locked without being informed. Anyway, I wouldn't be depositing any fund as all funds have gone to OCBC at 3.3% and POSB at 3% with upfront interest, but will give them a piece of my mind :D
If you can withdraw but not deposit, your account has most likely been frozen for Customer Due Diligence or AML.

Looking forward to your update on whether you can get this resolved.

Received the below invitation, meaning the coming promotion rate will be bad as even invitation only give 2.75%.

Don't miss out on up to 2.75% p.a. interest for 3 months on your e$aver balances.
From now till 3‌1 M‌ay 2‌025, you will earn interest on balances in your eligible e$aver account(s) in the manner as set out below.

Simply top up your account with fresh funds^ of minimum S$100,000 by 3‌1 M‌arch 2‌025, such that your deposit balance on 3‌1 M‌arch 2‌025 is at least S$100,000 higher as compared to your deposit balance on 2‌8 F‌ebruary 2‌025, to qualify for the promotion.

Its a step-up promo? Means 2.75 or 0.05 + 2.7 is only for the 3rd month?

Hmm... currently its 2.9% until 31 March. Does it mean April and May will be much lower than 2.75%? If not, why would you want to go for 2.75% in March?

Yep I think Apr/May might be lower than 2.75% in this case, but don't think I will be subscribed this plan.

for the EGA promo, it says it cannot be funds that are withdrawn and re-deposited within the last 30 days.
say if for example i had a 250k withdrawal on 1st feb, can i still participate but only deposit funds on 3rd mar?
this makes is 31 days from withdrawal.

“Fresh Funds” means a deposit of funds from outside of HSBC into the Eligible Account. For the avoidance of doubts Fresh Fund must not be:
(i) funds originating from any existing account with the Bank, and
(ii) funds that are withdrawn and re-deposited within the last 30 days

“Incremental Deposits Average Daily Balance” means the increase in Deposits ADB for the Relevant Month compared against the relevant Deposits ADB for the reference month of February 2025.
