err.. just look at own account balance records right?
what I meant was
1. If you are not using excel keeping track of your daily balance, you can use the estatment end day balance into excel, use excel formula for ADB and then calculate the bonus (to verfiy if SCB did pay out the correct balance)

2. If you are using excel keeping track of your daily balance, then you can also cross check your excel end day balance vs estatement end day balance. Usually it is data entry error (funds in/funds out in excel) or value date/ credit date difference. Or incremental ADB error (if you are not on Exclusive Invite)

I never cross check every month. Once is a while I will self audit check. Turns out SCB always right :)

I belong to #2.

Have all along maintained an Excel spreadsheet to keep tab on the daily end-day balances so as to forecast things like ADB, base interest, etc.

so for the month of Oct I have already cross-checked twice with the monthly statement as well as the daily transaction records in the banking app.

anyway... will just consider it's an anomaly and hopefully won't repeat again next month

Guys, for the $1000 SC cc spending can I use it on Singapore power utility? Coz per month my bill will be sgd500.

Understand HDB conservancy cannot be included.

For the current eSaver promo, I deposited $A fresh funds in October.

If I leave the same $A in November, will it earn Nov Bonus Interest?

I initiated a FAST transfer at around 8.20am this morning from SC to DBS. Amount is lesser than $50k & lesser than 50% of the available bal. The msg from SC shows "Transfer Submitted" & has a Ref ID.
My DBS AC did not receive the sum.
I checked SC - both the "Current Bal." & "Available Bal." did not reflect the transfer (i.e. no amount being on hold). There is also no push notification or e-mail on the transfer being on hold.

I'll wait for 24 hours (i.e. till tomorrow morning) before sending the feedback to SC.

Any update on this?
I had 2 post dated transfers today. Both outgoing transactions are logged as successful. However, UOB received it but not Citi. Similarly Citi also replied that they did not see any pending amount.

After 24 hours’ wait, I checked the “Current Balance” & “Available Balance” & confirmed that there was no transfer out from SC.

What puzzles me is that there is absolutely no email or push notification from App on the outcome of the “Transfer Submitted”. If I had not kept screenshot, I could not even prove that I have tried the FAST transfer.
I have sent SC my feedback via the “mailbox” at internet banking (browser login).
