Agreed, somehow signal isn’t stable and loading contents got stuck even on 4G full bar. Couple of my friends feedback the same too.

I having the same issue.

I swap my giga sim with my family members and test sim A and B (mine).

On the same phone sim A Faster. Not sure why. Sim B activated on 1st oct

Sim A - 2 months with giga

Just port out and go to provider with VOLTE mah....

This problem only applies to the situation where you make a call and use data at the same time ?

Suggest u setup a chat session with the CSO to follow up. Normal upon delivery same day or next day.

My GOMO 1st day is 24 Sept.
Port over the GIGA $18 on 30 Sept.
Receive the GIGA SIM card on 3 Oct
Until today, still can use the GOMO.

Is the port over only activate when GIGA SIM card put inside the Phone and activate at GIGA App.
If I only activate on 19 Sept, will there be any issue?
