I’m probably going for Starhub SIM only plan, they having 10.10 promo. $25 with 45GB and unlimited talk-time for 12mths, sadly no free caller id unless on CIS.

MyRepublic on M1 infrastructure, no good experience as well, but this is subjective :s22:

that is why i also left Grid after 2 months. Tried giga and grid (singtel & starhub) respectively. Not really happy with both. My experience with giga isn't good

MyRepublic still better choice with volte and unlimited data. Unless the user wants Singtel, get Singtel SIM Only

GOMO can hotspot 4G if not on a voice call.
No VoLTE for GOMO too, once on a voice call it goes to 3G too. But the 3G on GOMO while on a voice call is still able to achieve 6Mbps download speed on speed test.
3G on GIGA while on a voice call is totally dead, can’t load any webpage. GIGA chat agent has confirmed this is expected, GIGA will not have data while on a voice call.

Ya just tried once on a voice call using giga and hospot using circles also cannot hotpost. Why ar?

And today 201009 also cannot receive otp from citibank.

If you're using the same phone for both sim, it is expected de.
It's Dual SIM Dual Standby, if one of the line is on normal voice call, another line will be disconnected from all cellular services (voice/SMS/data).

Quote by Apple for the iPhone. The behavior is typically the same for the other manufacturers also, excluding the WiFi-Calling part (cos many phone manufacturers don't include anyway).

Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support:
Make and receive calls
You can make and receive phone calls with either phone number.
With iOS 13 and later, when you're on a call, if the carrier for your other phone number supports Wi-Fi calling, you can answer incoming calls on your other number. When you're on a call using a line that isn't your designated line for cellular data, you need to turn on Allow Cellular Data Switching to receive calls from your other line. If you ignore the call and you have voicemail set up with your carrier, you’ll get a missed-call notification and the call will go to voicemail. Check with your carrier for Wi-Fi calling availability, and find out if additional fees or data usage applies from your data provider.
If you're on a call and your other line shows No Service, either your carrier doesn't support Wi-Fi calling or you don't have Wi-Fi calling turned on.1 It could also mean Allow Cellular Data Switching is not turned on. When you're on a call, an incoming call on your other phone number will go to voicemail if you set up voicemail with your carrier.2 However, you won't get a missed-call notification from your secondary number. Call Waiting works for incoming calls on the same phone number. To avoid missing an important call, you can turn on call forwarding and forward all calls from one number to the other. Check with your carrier for availability and to find out if additional fees apply.
1. Or if you're using iOS 12. Update to iOS 13 or later to receive calls when you're using your other number.
2. If data roaming is on for the number that uses cellular data, then Visual Voicemail and MMS will be disabled on your voice-only number.

And FYI: Circles have VoLTE support, but not WiFi Calling support. Giga does not have support for both, same for GOMO.

BTW is Giga's reception at Sungei Gedong good?

I plan to get a temporary data plan from Giga for my reservist next month and will terminate it after I outpro.

From the left to right, 5th menu button ?
You need to log in first.
i login in successfully but it seems to not recognize that i have already purchased a plan(through web), hence it kept showing the plans page. frustrating.
