I can’t predict if you will have similar experience but I haven’t had any major problems with giga on my Pixel 4a. Do take you will lose volte function if port over to giga.

Anyone having problems receiving SMS from certain parties but not others?
2 weeks liao and Giga still can't fix my problem of not getting DBS sms.
Which other telco plan to switch to

I'm also having sms issue on and off, and everytime I need to try to troubleshoot myself and take out the sim card to put into another phone to resolve the issue. But it will always come back randomly after a while.. very frustrating.. will probably switch back to Vivifi which is much more reliable and fuss free. Really disappointed with Giga!

Moi gave up on giga (just under 2 mths of usage) and applied to vivifi liao. But seems like this missing otp problem is not uncommon among mvno. Some say it's related to the previous telco/mvno you used, but moi previously was on Starhub.

U pay at the moment u apply but the counting of the first day of subscription only starts after activation.

Ie if u signed up for the plan on day 25th of the month but u activated it on 1st of next month then the first day starts from the 1st of next month.
