I be curious why will still have Giga users need extra data. I think I barely cross 50GB monthly.
For a tablet/iPad. Or a second number.I be curious why will still have Giga users need extra data. I think I barely cross 50GB monthly.
Just went in to change plan and checked, existing $10 6GB users can switch to the $10 10GB plan now.Sadly the $10 for 10GB is not available for existing customers to switch plan. Those that was using $10 for 6GB too bad for them.
My wife’s phone had this same problem recently. Suddenly consumed 10+GB in a few days till zero data left. But she is still on 6 GB plan. Bought extra data pack. Gone in few days. Bought again. The rest of us has no issue.Hi had their upgraded to 10g ,but noticed my usage data been used up pretty fast in matter of days as compared to 6g before .
Anyone had this issue as me don't DL videos etc?
I got this problem once when using giga. All my data gone, and left 2GB. Seems to be a common issue, and an issue or bug?My wife’s phone had this same problem recently. Still trying to figure out. Checked all settings. Most likely she watched video in part of house when wifi dropped.
Now changed hers to 10 GB plan. Yes, as siongboy posted, now existing 6GB subscribers can change to 10GB plan.
It's expected due to the latency of starhub network. Previously, when I tried giga, it also happened to me, it's irritating. On WiFi, there won't be a problemRecently I activated my giga sim cards.
I noticed a general lag in response. When I use web browser to access website, there seems to be a 1 to 2 second delay before website starts loading. This is not the case when I am on Heya nor when on WiFi.

How come you guy's phones don't have data usage tracker breakdown by app? Should be easy to track down the culprit app.I got this problem once when using giga. All my data gone, and left 2GB. Seems to be a common issue, and an issue or bug?
Have but not detailed enough to know why. Chrome and some YouTube and 6GB is gone just like that. How come you guy's phones don't have data usage tracker breakdown by app? Should be easy to track down the culprit app.
Probably the person streamed video through Chrome. Are you using an iPhone? You can block Youtube from using wifi only and not mobile data on most devices.Have but not detailed enough to know why. Chrome and some YouTube and 6GB is gone just like that.
No, there is no pro-rated refund for unused duration.could there be a pro-rated on the usage?
Have. The usual suspects. But it does not tell you why data is being used instead of wifi. How come you guy's phones don't have data usage tracker breakdown by app? Should be easy to track down the culprit app.
Yes separate. Starhub’s 5G no where near as good coverage as Singtel’s. I don’t think it’s worth the added $10 unlike Gomo.Happy giga user so far. My $18 pop up plan is for 50GB but somehow they always give me extra 20GB. So after some rollover, i get like 120GB every month.
Now i am planning to port my main line from singtel to giga too.
As for 5G, is it a separate purchase add-on every month?
Yeah, just that rolled over data will reset upon plan change.Just went in to change plan and checked, existing $10 6GB users can switch to the $10 10GB plan now.
ocbc no issues for me so farJumped to Gomo, not getting OTP from my main bank(OCBC), feel like jumping back. the 10 dollar plan is quite good I saw.
