Same experience, have never gotten an email reply from them ever.
The worst scenario is that Giga issued acknowledgement ticket but never respond at all.
Their administration and customers' services support cannot make it, probably doesn't even exist.

The other complaint is that their roaming data only last for 5 days upon activation.
Many a times, I still got balance of roaming data on the 6th day and is being forced to purchase additional roaming data for continued usage.
Eventually at the end of trip still left with more than 1GB data, which means the additional purchase was redundant. :(

The acknowledgement is automated, you send them 1 email sure get 1 acknowledgement email back.

To me it serves no purpose of setting this automated acknowledgement if they cannot handle with response.

You must be lucky that Giga responded to you.

I wrote to them on several occasions via Giga website, leave a message and managed to receive their ticket for acknowledgement of receipt.

Sad to conclude that no reply at all from Giga even after chasers.
Eventually with great disappointment, I gave up following.

Hence, I have made the decision to port over to another telco soon, when closer to the recurring cycle period.

Same experience, have never gotten an email reply from them ever.

I contacted them through FB and Giga responded within a day?
Though from the style of replying, seems like the same "1" person manning Giga helpdesk. lol

If you email in, probably flooded with bad mangement by CS thus unable to cope.
Or hell even, they don't bother. :ROFLMAO:

Hey pal, thanks for your tipster.

So, if any Giga subscriber wishes to contact them, do not bother to contact them using Giga app or email, you will be utterly disappointed with no response at all.
Instead, try your luck by contacting Giga via FB.

Great to know your successful communication with Giga via FB. (y)

Anyone who wishes to communicate with Giga, just go through via FB and don't bother emailing or using their app.

Can anyone share what does the giga monthly payment receipts/invoices look like? Does it have customer details like name and address?
Gomo, for example does not have a proper bill format and just sends a generic email without customer details
Thanks

Sorry, unable to post a copy of Giga's receipt here as it consists of personal details.

Yes, the receipt does have the customer's name, address, phone number and the details on data usage & charges.
Hope this is helpful and can clear your doubts.

My previous experiences with Giga on roaming data in Bangkok and Malaysia were great.
Roaming data signals were strong and consistent. Never encountered any signals loss or drop.
I ported out due to their roaming data usage is only allowable for 5 days upon activation.
If travel period is more than 5 days, I will have to purchase additional data even though I still have data balances. 😞
In addition, Giga only issues ticket for acknowledgement on receipt of subscriber's emails but never bother to respond even after follow up with chasers. 😠😡

Just to share

The giga roaming doesn't stack. But if you purchase a 2nd plan before the first expires, the data from the first will roll over
