1. This Birthday Surprise promotion
("Promotion") is valid from 1 February 2021 onwards
("Promotional Period").
2. This Promotion applies to existing giga! customers who already have an existing active giga! plan(s) under his/her account over the Promotion Period.
3. Under this Promotion, all eligible customers will enjoy free local data, local minutes and local SMS for all the active giga! lines under his/her account. All usage consumed within 00:00hrs and 23:59hrs on the eligible customers’ birthday will be free of charge and will not be consumed from the customers’ plan bundle.
4. The Promotion is for your own personal use and is subject to our fair usage policy. If we determine that you have exceeded our fair usage policy beyond a threshold at any time during your birthday as determined by us in our absolute discretion, we may impose a speed limit on the applicable Service. Any speed limit imposed will be lifted at the end of your birthday 23:59hrs.
5. This Promotional is only available for a specific period of time as may be notified by us from time to time at our absolute discretion. We reserve the right to determine the validity period of this Promotion.
6. This promotion is not available for gigaBuddy Plans.
giga “Feeling good, now only $1” Promotion Terms & Conditions
The “Feeling good, now only $1” campaign allows existing giga! customers to gift free lines to their friends, subject to these terms & conditions.
Gift Giver Mechanics of Promotion
1. The “Feeling good, now only $1” promotion
(“Promotion”) is valid from 31 May 2023 to 30 September 2023, or upon full redemption of 10,000 free lines, whichever is earlier
(“Promotion Period”).
2. This Promotion can be enjoyed by existing giga! customers who have signed up via giga’s digital channels i.e. via app and website
(“Digital Customers”) and who have an existing active giga! plan(s) under his/her account throughout the Promotion Period.
3. Under this Promotion, all eligible customers will be able to purchase a unique Gift Code for $1 via giga’s digital channels to be gifted to new and/or existing customers of giga!
(“Recipient”). The Gift Code, when redeemed when signing up for a new giga! line, will allow the Recipient who redeems it to enjoy our complimentary $10.10 plan with 10GB local data, 300 local minutes and 300 local SMS, for 4 months.
4. Eligible customers will be able to purchase an unlimited number of Gift Codes, subject to availability. Upon confirmation of the Gift Code purchase, no refund of the Gift Code charge can be made under any circumstances.
5. Gift Codes may not be resold, redistributed or used for any commercial or marketing event, activity, promotion, or purpose. giga! reserves the right to cancel any Gift Codes that have been transferred in violation of this clause and these terms and conditions.
6. Eligible customers must share the details of this Promotion (including these terms & conditions) with the Receiver, so that the Receiver is aware and agrees to abide by our Mobile Terms & Conditions.
7. This Promotion is only available during the Promotion Period or upon full redemption, whichever is earlier, as may be notified by us from time to time at our absolute discretion. We reserve the right to determine the validity period of this Promotion and to change these promotion terms and conditions at our absolute discretion without prior notice to you.
Mechanics of Promotion
1. The Gift Codes can be redeemed by the Recipient from 31 May 2023 till 31 October 2023. After this specified period, the Gift Codes will expire and no refunds will be entertained.
2. Only Recipients who sign up for giga! services via our digital channels will be able to redeem the Gift Code. Each Gift Code can only be used once and cannot be stacked on with any other promotions or referral codes.
3. The Recipient will need to key in the Gift Code when signing up for the giga! line to enjoy the $10.10 plan with 10GB local data, 300 local minutes and 300 local SMS, for free for 4 months. Our prevailing prices will apply from the 5th subscription month onwards. The Gift Code does not apply to any other plans.
4. Should the Recipient change from the $10.10 plan to any other giga! plan while still within the 4-month period of free service, he / she will no longer be eligible for the complimentary plan and the usual, undiscounted price will apply.

(“Promotion”) is valid from 24 July 2023 to 30 September 2023
(“Promotion Period).
