On the giga website it show that now $10.19 come with 20GB data forever + existing benefits, previously was only 10GB.

Any idea if existing 10GB customers be upgraded to the newly updated 20GB plan for the same price?

New plan still so expensive, other mvno all offer 100GB for that price

Free upgrade for existing user but don't have 1GB roam. Lousy plan lah, 1GB roam also don't want to give to existing user even though their 20GB data already lagging behind others with 100GB. Moi have to buy extra data plan, luckily got the 1 for 1 promo today.

1. You will start from 20gb. Read the T&C
2. Not sure if this current add on can be carried forward.

You can't do either. Port-in cannot be cancelled and you'll never reach any one at Giga.

MVNO biggest risk is during port in. If it fails and telco not contactable means number stuck in limbo. Have to escalate to IMDA quality service manager for help liao.
