has anyone tried porting over M1 number to Giga?
how long will it take? overnight or a few days?

my wife line with M1 contract ending on 01/10/2020,so should click on Giga to port over tonight,tmrw 30/09,or on 01/10/2020?

If you choose port in request when sign up the giga line. Port in would take place on

1. Same day (nite) on delivery date
2. Next day (nite) 1 day after delivery.

if you already have the giga sim and would like to submit a port in request via the app.

For me that happen in next day (1 day after submit).

Couldn't u have waited until 3pm before complaining? The schedule did say 12 to 3pm rite? The delivery person needs to have the flexibility in order to decide how to go about completing his deliveries lor.

If ur m1 phone number in same account as fiber or whatever else they'll credit it into that one. If after port out u got no more m1 services probably more tedious, need to call their cso or use their online chat with agent to arrange

Thing is im not sure if mysim is considered corporate or not. I already got the sim, waiting for the m1 expiry to activate and port over. If the current plan is considered corporate dk if giga will succeed in porting

As long as the line is under your name. Port will happen. If the line is under company name than port in will failed.

If you on the CIS plan with corp rate and line under your name port in should be ok from what I read in this thread

Existing customers will not be able to change plan to this $18 for 40GB pop up plan. Did you know? We recently auto-upsized existing customers on the $10 Base Plan from 5GB to 6GB per month; and customers on the $25 Base Plan from 25GB to 45GB per month; and customers on the $45 Base Plan from 50GB to 75GB per month! Existing customers never lose out on the #gigaexperience

Maybe giga! changed policy. My wife & son were previously on the $25 for 45GB plan. The $18 for 40GB plan did pop up on the giga! app for a limited time and I was able to change their plans to the $18 plan. I don’t see it popping up anymore.

You will be billed $18 in full for the next cycle of 30 days.
