Date bill

Hi all ,subscribed to giga and saw on the app that there's a time stated when u activated the card (eg .1415pm).Thus does it mean the usage and data will only roll over after that specific time?
And if paid by debit card when purchased ,it will auto deduct the subsequent charges ?Previously under another telco so still can paid through axs.

I decided to keep one of my number either 88855168 or 88877998. Which one should I keep as main number, which one is nicer.

thanks

idea is to take the porting chance to decentralize so it is cleaner and less hassle

if need to port to myrepublic 1st then becomes very tedious to port here port there and maybe no good promo later

for shared lines how to port over? same as normal?

There are pros and cons. If you are like me, the "administrator" for all the family members' phone lines, it is good that you have all the lines under one Giga app for easier management. If they are all under different names and therefore different accounts, you need to sign in and out.

I can just see my m1 sim having "emergency call" only... Meaning the hp is cut off liao... Anyone knows how long will it be reflected in the giga sim? I checked the app still showing the temporary number

https://www.giga.com.sg/FAQs_Details.aspx?FaqCategoryName=$18+for+40GB+Pop-Up+plan&FaqCategoryId=28

Who is eligible to sign up for the $18 for 40GB Pop-Up plan?
This $18 for 40GB Pop-up plan is available for all NEW customers and Port-in customers.

I am an existing giga customer on the $25 for 45GB plan. Can I change plan to this $18 for 40GB Pop-Up plan?
Existing customers will not be able to change plan to this $18 for 40GB pop up plan. Did you know? We recently auto-upsized existing customers on the $10 Base Plan from 5GB to 6GB per month; and customers on the $25 Base Plan from 25GB to 45GB per month; and customers on the $45 Base Plan from 50GB to 75GB per month! Existing customers never lose out on the #gigaexperience

Precisely the reason why i change telco. Dont know whats their logic for setting such a policy to discriminate existing users. I can understand if they favour new users, but discriminating existing users are pushing them away.
