I'm trying to port over from Gomo to Giga and after 2 working days, still not ported over. Today I tried contacting the live agent in the app and finally they checked and told me port in unsuccessful and I need to check with Gomo myself as to why it is unsuccessful. Alternative is to request for port in again (which I did) and I will need to wait for tonight for the result. This is the worst port in I have ever experienced. When I changed to Circles life, M1 and Gomo, I had no issues with porting in.

Similar bad porting experience encountered, finally successful ported over this morning after 5x porting requests, ding dong between giga and ex telco MyRepublic, multiple emails chain and chats sessions, claiming my ID is mismatched, ends up nothing wrong with the id, just giga side technical issue.
Furthermore after ported over no service from 2am till 10am, service resumed after escalate to technical support.

Change billing cycle

Hi all, if I want to change my giga billing cycle, the only way is to port out to say, GOMO (or other telcos), sign up for a new giga SIM, activate on the day I want the new billing cycle to start, and finally port my no. back to giga, right?

That sounds complicated just to change a billing cycle. I would rather use this chance to try out other telcos and set delivery date as 30th or 1st.

That is the only way to change billing cycle. Port out and port back in (if you want giga). Otherwise, check giga if they help you change billing cycle

Mine starts on 21th and I don't really care.
I have to pay $18 regardless which day of the month

Unless Giga give discount if my billing cycle start on XX day of the month, then it's different

If your line just port. Will take 1 or 2 days before your otp work fine that what I notice. Your line port just complete?

I seems to be having receiving OTP from BOC...but think should be BOC issue..cos all other OTP come damn fast..
