If I port-out of Giga in the middle of the month, will my Giga service end immediately? Or can I still use Giga service until the end of the Giga billing month?

Immediately, since once you port out your sim no more service/number tagged to it. Same for any telco.

Unless there are complications, it's usually quite fast.
For me, it was a few hours and luckily for me it happened during my sleeping hours.

You won't find the option now. Have to wait for the pop-up plan to launch at 12am later.

Mine is blank for both name and number initially. I've since updated the name from Sim1 to "Giga"

Phone = Realme X2 Pro

I use iPhone to enter the number into the SIM card, after that the number will appear in Android.

Not sure how to do it on Android.

I monitored this number for quite some time. Until it got snapped away. Then I monitor another one then also gone. Lost two before I could decide, so just source around and settle on one nice one then buy hahaha
