it's normal for starhub and in the west. If you play games, latency is important hence cannot have timeout. You might want to consider switching to M1 Sim Only

I guess that's because Starhub uses shared bandwidth model?

anyway, just asking. in the end, like i previously, i dun want to spend $10 monthly to feed a number also. haha.

Yeah. So must resist the temptation to get new numbers.

yeah. unless got an ipad pro that i need a second sim to use with.
one month $10 - one year $120, two year $240... haha.

but still got the TPG trial sim can use... so.... :D

also main line now on singtel sim only and have 51GB monthly to use. haha. cannot even finish since now i have fibre broadband at home finally. last time rely on TPG trial sim 2GB daily and 1Mbps capped speed to survive at home.

now even TPG trial sim kept inside cold storage. haha.

Eventually yes, but I'm sure they'll send you urgent messages and emails telling you to update payment details asap before they terminate.

I notice at night, sometimes Giga could have intermittent disconnection even with full bars.

Same phone with Starhub plan, no such issue.

Could be maintenance for Giga customers itself. Other than that, all is fine

If the SIM is delivered, how long can I hold on without activation (put in SIM or click activate) ?

Trying to catch the promotion without paying too much for breaking the other contract.

Thanks a lot.

30 days from signing up. More than that at your own risk.

I just apply for a new number 888666*8 few days ago. Giga 6gb is very little cannot every day use data have to use WiFi most of the time.

I also use this plan for my temporary number during my upcoming ICT as I need more data during this period.

6GB should be enough for me to tong for the entire 2 weeks+. I don't intend to watch too much videos anyway as I don't want to charge my phone too often.

At first I plan to take the TPG one as that one got much more data at the same price but they said that TPG got poor or no reception at Sungei Gedong so I take up this Giga plan.

For $11 (including delivery fee) for 6GB I am not complaining much. At least it is much better than paying $10+ per GB for my Singtel combo plan excess usage.

Then after ICT I will cancel this giga line as I don't need 2 phone lines and extra data outside ICT.

I still missed the good old 3G days where we got 12GB of local data no matter what type of plan we were subscribing to. :(

actually for one month, why don't you get $10 TPG Prepaid? If you are just using for data.
