No problem so far.

Billing starts on activation date and time. So if you want billing to start on the first of every month, activate on 1 Dec. Eg if activate on 1 Dec at time 00.05, next refresh will be 1 Jan 00.05. Give a few min delay in case Giga server time different from your time.

Giga uses Starhub. Jumping from M1 is often if not always, a good upgrade.
