Cause a lot don’t trust giga after that incident where they bill you every 12/24 hrs for the whole week with no response from their cso
Wow. That was a long time ago and one time incident affecting only new users who signed up those few days.

If think like that then can don't trust DBS since their system can be down more than 2 days during the crucial time when it is near deadline for Singapore Savings Bond and IPO application.

i ported out from singtel sim only plan (1 year promo price expired) -> m1 sim only plan (promotion price for 6 months only, Caller ID will be charged after 6 months) -> myrepublic mobile (at only $17 for 50GB and on the same M1 network, though will be a good choice but overall coverage, speed and stability are not as good as m1 sim only) -> now trying out giga (on starhub) but who knows the coverage at my place it is the worst among all 3 telcos.
:p
my place here:
singtel - 4G (1 to 2 bars), can maintain at 4G no issue and data can still be used despite 1 bar. outdoor so far no issue, no particular blind spot that i can remember.
m1/myrepublic mobile - 4G (2 to 3 bars) - data is usable, but outdoor wise can experience quite some blind spots, for example at springleaf the shoplots inside totally no signal, payar lebar square inside also poor coverage. myrepublic gives me prob whenever I am at outram park mrt and travel along east west line - got strong signal but totally no data. need to restart phone a few and wait for very long before i can get connected with data again. even on and off airplane on my phone also no use.
giga (starhub) - 4G (max 1 bar), i am on 3G consistently, and it kepts on switch between 4G 1 bar and 3G (3 to 4 bars) while 80% of time remain at 3G which is quite irritating. outdoor - yet to experience since this is the first day i ported to giga. if outdoor experience is good, i can still accept the poor coverage at my place, since at home i will be on fibre broadband, at long there is a connection for calls to come in even it is on 3G is ok for me. Else i may need to explore vivifi as an alternative option instead. too bad. miss the 50GB permanent deal for vivifi, hope they are having the same promo in dec also.

StarHub 3g data is very slow ..I'm on StarHub sim only plan.if u still can get 4g 1 signal maybe u can try force LTE APP to lock only use 4g network so it will not change to 3g.that wat i do on my phone..

yeah. starhub 3G is quite slow. at my place i am constantly being switched between 3G (3 bars always) and 4G (always 1 bar at most).

and i noticed actually when i was outdoor, this situation sometimes may happen also. somehow this only happen to starhub network. previously while i was on singtel and m1, nothing happened to them. although most of the time on starhub 4G no issue, but this issue that happens sometime shows that starhub network seems to be unstable.

i am using iphone, i already set mobile data to be on 4G but it will try to connect to 4G whenever possible but it cannot 'lock' to 4G, it will always switch to 3G if 4G is weak or not available. if set to 3G then different story, then it will forever stick to 3G. it is iphone behaviour. the app u are saying is for iphone?

Max is 2 x 50GB = 100GB.

If at the end of billing cycle, you have more than 50GB, bring over 50GB plus new month 50GB.

If at end of billing cycle, you have less than 50GB, all bring over plus new month 50GB.

ic. thanks. so no matter how much unused, maximum data u can have for one month will be 50GB + 50GB carry forward = 100GB.

shiok only if can use finish else is like White Elephant
you got it totally. The point is the shiok feeling. the feeling alone is worth it. we buy stuffs to use and also to feel shiok.

Shiok that i can freely stream 1440p QHD on the go without the nerve wreaking feel of busting the data.

shock useless as can't use finish.. 50gb is more than enough and not need rollover..

if anyone use more than 50gb on mobile monthly... almost no life...

moving out giga to singtel network
