how to submit ticket? through the giga app?

yeah through the mobile app. i got connected via home wifi. i chose to start chat first. followed the "bot/AI" help of no data connection and stuff... then all else fail, they will prompt to either end or "submit request/ticket" as one of the option.

Crappy. In their sign up promo page still list WhatsApp as one of the communication channel.

I have two questions:

- If I stop paying monthly, after how much time the SIM will get deactivated?
- Is it possible to have only a call/SMS plan without data? I am currently overseas and the only feature I need is to receive SMS from time to time.

If you want to keep the number, need to port out. If deactivate like this will lose the number.

Saw someone suggest prepaid card if you need only SMS.

The SMS mentioned are likely related to financial institutions and other important access requiring 2FA security. Is the price plan of $10 (Giga!/CMLink etc) postpaid too much to pay?

But a postpaid plan is probably the safest way when one is overseas. One has no recourse if the other (cheap cheap) alternatives goes wrong and not being able to access one's bank account while overseas is a BIG problem.

See Zero1 $6.90 plan:

Can, but as a new line. U can't just change your existing plan to the $18 plan, but must use the convoluted method of porting out then porting in.
