Just jumped to giga and has a couple of questions.

1. Does anyone advise on how the monthly payment works? Mine is currently set to Apple Pay. Will they automatically charge the monthly bill to my Apple Pay?

2. Is the 5g for giga good/ decent?

3. Also, I heard from my friend that he is on goo 4g plan and they offered 5g for free, at the same price. anyone heard of it or experienced it?

Anyone use gigaroam apac in JB. Do you have this problem where the internet will lost connection for few hours? I have use gigaroam in thailand no such connectivity issue.

Have always been using gigaroam apac in JB and no problem. But my recent trip from 28 - 30 dec, it keeps getting cut off after i enter and exit from the lift and couldnt connect back. Then i tihnk it was trying very had to search for signal and my phone heat up very fast. Had to turn on and off many times. In the end i got an esim from shopee which was so much better.

StarHub plans also rolled out this feature. Able to block overseas calls by activating the feature on the StarHub app.

Maybe rebranding to Giga5G.
I find it hard to believe StarHub exiting this lower margin but lucrative market. just look at the number of Singtel MVNO’s! In addition to Gomo and Heya.

5G started for Giga? Last I known when enquiring w Giga was that 5G isn't ready.

Anybody know how long do I have to wait to port out of giga to starhub? I just register a new giga number 2 week ago and unable to port out from it (starhub can't port out of it)
