My fibre is totally down, starhub cso say there is an outage at jurong east, I do not know if otherw areas are affected.

Thanks all for the update. at least i am still able to use my slow starhub internet. not totally down.

How come no update on the outage on Facebook? CSO sleeping? just posted on their facebook.

my starhub fibre also down from this early morning until 12.35 pm or so.
it works now. staying in jurong east area.

tried to call them early this morning during the failure but after waiting on the phone for nearly 1 hour, i gave up.

tks god it's back.

I wish in times like this Starhub can quickly check and acknowledge that they know that the connection is slow and they are trying to fix it.

Post it on there website fast and not keep quiet.
A bit too late to post after they fix it.

I'm having problems as well in Bishan. My internet connection back to office keeps dropping and there are packet loss / time outs when pinging to various public URL sites as well.

Yeah I can confirm that the fibre internet is having serious issues now. Starhub hotline probably is so hot now that no one can get through, lol.

Have problem with Starhub Fibre, on Home Hub 200mbps, connect to ONT port 1, using cat 6 lan cable.



Strange that the download speed is so slow.

and i just noticed that when using starhub's speedtest link it's saying i'm now on ADSL ?

this is bad, I cant work from home and I keep getting disconnected from my SSL VPN --- best part is I"m handling a company outage right now at the same time.

starhub seriously should change name to slow tortoise speed

there are 2 custom starhub speed test, one local one international.

Starhub - Online ---- international

Starhub - Online ----- local

the internaltional one seems to be find but not the other. the Speedtest.net by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test has the same results as the local starhub speedtest.

could this be a routing problem that's affecting one of the exchanges?

Edit: Nevermind, it's better but still not smooth. Speedtest is normal, but gaming is choppy...
