My fibre today super slow also speed test get 0.1 mbps

there are 2 custom starhub speed test, one local one international.

Starhub - Online ---- international

Starhub - Online ----- local

the internaltional one seems to be find but not the other. the Speedtest.net by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test has the same results as the local starhub speedtest.

could this be a routing problem that's affecting one of the exchanges?

problem still not solved. 1633 noone answer call.
Starhub local speedtest is 1.82mbps.
StarHub International Speedtest i get 4.67mbps

I realised that facebook loads very slowly sometimes (facebook.com), but if i type in the full add: (https://www.facebook.com), it loads as per normal (speedy).

websites that used "connect.facebook.com" stuff also loads very slowly due to the facebook part. Can be seen at the status bar when the page is loading. problem exists in both firefox and chrome (latest stable ver)... could it be DNS problem?

Don't bother with all the speedtest nonsense. So what if the speedtest shows good speed? I just done a speedtest and all is well, i got 100+ mbps result.

I can't log in to all my games, vpn or streaming video services.

I cannot go to AOL.com - News, Sports, Weather, Entertainment, Local & Lifestyle / BBC - Homepage (as a test) as well.

what the hell... haiz. seriously, earlier today i still can connect to my office although keep disconnecting from VPN now... all SSL / VPN sites (perhaps international sites) all "PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED!!!!!!"

on the 1633 line for 30 mins liaoz, still waiting.

Give it up bro. The last time I called them when there is a big issue. I waited 45mins and another 50mins, nothing...

How do know if a problem is big or not, is by the time it takes for them to pick up the phone.
