I already registered this n just received call from telemarketing but IT show is around the corner
even if there is better promo or sign with other telco, I dun feel like queuing at IT show. seems every time always very long queue and slow

Managed to convince them to defer my decision for few more days
Read few bad feedback n review of starhub fibre compared to other company fibre

5ghz the range so short. Very disappointed.

Actually it's not a bad thing.
You will not get much 5ghz interference from your neighbour. This addresses one of the 2.4ghz issue - network congestion.

To allow the signal to to reach your devices despite of short range, Beamforming is the way to go.

ask a newbie question, can i place the termination box inside the room?

If your premise is structured data cabling ready, we recommend that the Termination Point be installed in the utility closet or a location that meets the following requirements:

• Has access to electrical point

• Structured cabling RJ45 (min Cat 5 cabling) connects the utility closet or selected location to other parts of the residence such as the living room, study room and bedroom.

• Has access to Termination Box after installation

data cabling ready, does it mean the cable broadband and tv box??

Thanks in advance
