not landed. but big and many walls...

Forget about wifi covering the whole house. Just borrow a pair of Aztech homeplug from the main Aztech Office....test it out in every corner of yr home with power socket.....They'll be happy to loan you one....
Anywhere in yr house with a plug will be able to connect to yr starhub broadband...And if you really need wifi to connect to yr iphone or ipad...just get the homeplug with wifi......

after going thru the request of direct ONT, finally can connect directly to ONT without the need of configuring VLAN and VLAN priority.

Hi, anyone on direct ONT using Engenious 9850 router? I wanna know if the speed will be good with this setup. The default starhub setup I have now only gives me 12 mbps on wireless!

by default no, u can request to enable direct ont as long no dv on fiber

correction once again.

You can request to go direct ONT even if you have DV on fiber, just request to swap it to cable dv.

modem have to be purchase separately.

Okie for those Bro who use your own router.. what is the step??

Call SH, ask for "permission"... then buy your choice of router, unplug the Huawei one, plug in to the SH Modem and use???

i would say so.. if i m not wrong.
base on what i know, with or without "permission" also can use certain router.
so far i know n56/66 u can work. from what i read and tried on 56u.. can connect directly to ONT but DV i dun know how to get it to work.

if just want into ONT and no need to any setting, i think must äsk SH to remove the DV or port to cable. as per eariler post say plug and play..

i can only confirm, 56u can connect directly to ONT for internet, just that DV i dun know how to get it to work.
