The black or white ONT is no different. I got it replaced last Tuesday.

Internet came back online on Saturday afternoon and I dare not power down the NC at all till this morning. Subscribe to a 200mbps line but internet now is between 70-150mbps.

Direct PC to ONT - no internet.
PC to router to ONT - has internet.

later tonight, starhub is sending their technician down to confirm if it is working or not. says he is a senior technician, dunno is "senior" or senior.

1. do everyone a favour, go find out what your plan really is.

2. are you... testing with wireless?

3. go test with a wired connection then report the speed again.

My plan is Maxinfinity 100mbps

It is using homeplug.

so is ... ONT > Huawei > PC?

if above and yet you are not able to hit 100Mb/s, contact StarHub

This is my speed, i am on infinity 100mbps, 1 level below the router on wireless N 5GHZ.

If i am just 1 room away 'normally' can pass over 100mbps down on singapore server.

ever since i switch to direct ONT with RT-n66u router... no more issues 24/7 internet 1 whole house (3 level terrace house). i suggest you do that.

I attempted multiple wireless power line using d-link before, results were very poor throughout the whole house.

I'm thinking of buying 3rd party antenna to replace the stock antenna on rt-n66u so i can wifi outside my house.

no people. those signed up pc show please call in 1630 to check your appointment. mine is missing, now 1630 is pushing the blame to pc show personnel. starhub is crap....

i have better experience from M1. Seriously regretted signing up with them.. If possible, i will try to cancel the contract.

Starhub is basically employing, signup the customer and talk later.
