@EliNehe Refer to your thread.

@blurblur123 Consider the
  1. wifi coverage
  2. the number and type of devices &
  3. how they are connected.
The EB810v should fit your needs better. Greater wifi coverage and 3 additional 2.5Gbps LAN ports compared to the HB710. For more, visit https://www.starhub.com/personal/broadband/routers.html

If cost is an issue, inquire Starhub Sales about installment plan for the router, $15 x 24 months. Good luck!
ah i see, i remember that the CSO only give me the option for nokia since my plan is on WIFI6... she said if i want to get EB810, i will need to sign up for the 10 gbps plan.

No, can change to ONT too. Just call 1630 or go down to SH shop. I was on 10G Homehub and ONR and now changed to ONT and 810.

You can call Starhub and say you want to buy their router BE810v and to include it on the installation day.

Hi bro, not yet solve it.. I had to trouble my family to find out for me as I left for holidays now.. I also signed up, chose a number. Once I know will update here.

If you choose a number when you sign up starhub fibre, you cant port your M1 number to starhub as one fibre can only have one number.

I also had ask M1 shop at NEX before if i can port another number to M1 fibre with existing having a number tag to it. They say i need to port out the existing number under fibre before i can port in the number from another telco.

I had ask M1 because Starhub tell me to port out my number to another telco if i want to retain my number for homehub when i sign up the 5Gbps plan because they say cannot transfer within same telco.

Actually whether can transfer within telco or not depend much on who you speak to. Same goes to applying for $29.55 5Gbps fibre.

For the digital line porting, it is possible to port in from M1 to SH. I did that few years ago.
I check my email and they have send me a form (as per below link) to fill in. And then I send it back to sales@starhub.com.
But not sure this email still in use or not though. So you guys maybe can try to fill up the form and send it back. Do not terminate M1 broadband first.

As per SH FAQ, need to go to their shop to do the porting.
