thanks for the encouragement. But I dun think I can reach 220 , my back reaching its limit... the lower back muscle when I sit dman pain liao . But i am really happy with 200 , I used to aim 60 kg , then 100 , then 120 , 140 , 180 and now 200.
Try using prawn deadlift, and you will succeed.
Wa 220 was a total failure , cant even move the weight haha.
