thanks for the encouragement. But I dun think I can reach 220 , my back reaching its limit... the lower back muscle when I sit dman pain liao . But i am really happy with 200 , I used to aim 60 kg , then 100 , then 120 , 140 , 180 and now 200.

I guess u too enthu past few weeks just like me last time.Keep adding weight each week.For now,just deload,after that work on your weak points

Unlikely even if he does prawn deadlifts.

Weakness off the floor is highly dependent on back strength.

19 year old! can lah, haha i got one friend 18year old also trainer. haha

lol lean and strong! go play some rugby! dont bodybuild la very boring leh, day in day out look at mirror lol. or or go nightbiking with us! :D
