I pondered about the deadlift last nite. I have decided to stick with the deadlifts but at about 75-85 percent of my max . When you are tired or its too heavy , that is when the form will be affected and injuries come .galapogos said:Don't drop the deadlift man! It's one of the king of lifts! Hyperextensions are great but they are nowhere near as power as deadlifts! Keep your back straight or even arched(concave not convex!) and you won't kena any injury...unless of course you drop the weights on your foot or something.
. I don't think this is good in long term as the right wrist will continue to be weaker than left.
