Hahaha..yes. I am VERY much Asian. From the Jungles of Borneo (Sabah, Malaysia).

However, I have many friends and family in Singapore...hence why I try to keep up to date with the scene there.

Meanwhile, Badrun's results from his last competition are: -

Bodyweight 90kg

Squat - 180kg
Bench - 132.5kg
Deadlift - 207.5kg

Do keep in mind that he JUST finished a cutting cycle before this competition.

I think he has gained more strength now.

Thanks man. Was stuck at 82.5 kgs x 9 reps for 3 weeks. Today tried 85 kgs and surprisingly managed 10 reps.

Yeah...his lifts are going up despite losing over 10kg of body fat and enduring a month of fasting.

My name Badrun. I am a newbie here and my training buddy Donkier told me about this weight training forum from Singapore. I am from Singapore as well but currently training (and studying) in Melbourne, Australia.
I think fishbuff knows me (is that you Chee Keong? ) and i am glad to meet you all on this intense and educational forum. Its great to know other lifters from good old SG

I am not sure what is the protocol for newbie postings on this forum. Should i post an intro on the main forum ie start a new thread?
Looking forward to learning and participating in this forum. Hope i can contribute to it as well.

Thanks for the warm welcome! A welcome speech ? Wow you do have a classy forum here Anyway a welcome speech is not necessary, as long as you know that i just hopped on the band wagon. Just call me by the nick (FuryNXG). I guess you can change the list to FuryNXG as well to keep things simple.

By the way, can we post pics on this forum? Any simple way to do it? Or do i just put a link to my photobucket.com account?
