Stats time!

I was clearing the plates and there's 6 plates total. Deadlifted a few reps in a controlled movement. :)


Oooo so meaning 3plates a side? not 6 plates a side right? :s13::s13::s13: . If 6 plates a side... u could go national weightlifting for real...

haha yup.

If 6-plate/side, i will probably be one of the strongest deadlift in this region. :)

Well, i did not even include what weight is the plate anyway. :D

Anyway, are you competing in any strength event or something?

Thought of though.... maybe interpoly strongman lol. Which to me is more of cordination within the group not so much of personal .

Well now I am deadlifting 8plates.. aiming for 200 kg deadlift by 3 months time which I hope can..

Don't be too hard on yourself. That's a fantastic improvement both in absolute terms and relative terms. Nicely done. You really shot up the list with those stats :)

Nice squatting Skyyyy. Doing much better than some "strong men" 30-60kg heavier than you too. :D :s13::D :s13::D :s13::D :s13:

Doing much better than some "strongmen", "personal trainers" and "moderator" with more post counts than you too.

Ok then, fat loss again.

ps: haven been doing heavy for 1 month + though.

did i forget to mention i can also curl a 10kg dumbell 150 times in 2 mins? :p

just kidding :p

this sch holiday will be an excellent period to up stats

Sled pulling will help a lot in your lower body lifts,see you on Sat!;)

I gt a question... abit out of the point but... in strongmen competition they dun allow straps but do they allow gloves?
