In '06 my bench was put at 95kg at 56kg. But a few years were wasted in between. In March '10, I started bench pressing again at 60X5 paused and 80X3 paused. Now it is 116kg at 55kg.

Im 17, 176cm, 63kg.
BP: 27.5 each side. X 8rm (i dunnoe the bar itself how heavy)
DL and squat nvr try before.. scared improper form, no one help me spot.
Never consistently train before... Any tips for beginner like me? Like what should I focus on? Thank you!

The bar, if it's an olympic bar (with 2inch diameter holes in the plates), is usually 20kg. So total for ur bench is 75kg. Not bad.

Haha. For a beginner, get every basic right. Structure your diet and keep an eye on it and get a log book and write down your training routine. In short, start getting used to the training life.

Here's an example of a beginner's program.

Yeah, seems like too much isolation and machine work for a beginner.

But who am i to question your program, you are a professional BBer while im just a weak and skinny kid in front of my computer, lol.

He isnt a pro BB in the first place...and isnt big at all.
