Meh, form is for idiots and powerlifters, you should see my arc. Easily takes off 3 inches off bar path. Just don't let me catch you increasing those 2inches to 4 without a good reason. :D

Hahahaha, I have a feeling I'll do tt next week.

I have a pattern of progressing the weights.
1 set of 3 - 5, den the next week mayb 2 sets, with one set with mayb not so nice rom or bar speed, before the next workout with 2 nice sets.

This means each 2.5kg progression takes like a month at optimum conditions. Real slow progress hahahah.

Bw: 68kg

Bench: 1 x 5 x 100kg

- was supposed to be squat day, but gimpy ankle, and icky hip frm takin a charge frm this 2m dude = nt feeling good.
- last rep bar speed not so good, lower back tweak frm last year started up. Was 4inches frm chest also (sorry rundmc :p)
- heavens willing, will be able to nail a nice complete set in 2 sessions time.
- so they say benching is a full body exercise. Perhaps haha, cos the iffy hip made me feel not so good.

- my lower back tweak refuses to heal completely, despite the amount of high rep back extensions I give it.

Mayb the broscience theory of bw setpoints hold some water... Came in 68 with a full stomach goddammit. This after a week of missing one session.

Just starting doing 5/3/1 by JW a couple of weeks ago.

25 April 2011 - DL Routine

60kgx5, 80kgx5, 100kgx5, 120kgx5, 140kgx5, 160kgx5, 180x3, 210x1.

This is the first ever PR I attempted at the DL.

Rather exhilarating, but was also afraid of aggravating an old vertebrae injury.

I personally think it exists. To increase my weight once I've held it for a few months, I have to eat like a pig.

clubfitt beside yishun stadium (khatib). many students there usually for the bench presses and machines, which leaves the power rack free most of the time.
