wow how do you guys lift so much? I'm rather small.. <1.6m and 50kg, 17yo 
my lifts are nothing compared to everybody else's and I feel extremely weak
like..
b.press 30kg (4 x 8 reps)
deadlift 50kg (4 x 8 reps)
squats 30kg (4 x 8 reps but think I'm not training hard enough..)
doesn't even come close to the 100's everybody else can lift..
have been trying out a full body plan for 2 weeks now
