my lifts are nothing compared to everybody else's and I feel extremely weak

like..
b.press 30kg (4 x 8 reps)
deadlift 50kg (4 x 8 reps)
squats 30kg (4 x 8 reps but think I'm not training hard enough..)

doesn't even come close to the 100's everybody else can lift..:(:( have been trying out a full body plan for 2 weeks now

If you've just started lifting, then your lifts are ok. If you've been lifting for any appreciable amount of time, then you need to ask yourself why they are so low...especially your squats. My wife can squat more than that, and for more reps. And she just started a few weeks ago. I'm not even kidding here.

I'm a gifted puller, and sh*t everything else, lol.
Keep in mind it's sumo though. My conventional is a little behind (190x1).

Definitely not for everyone. It's a proportion thing. Same reason why some guys just can't get into position for a conventional deadlift.

I'm liking the sumo so far, less stress on the back, more focus on the glutes.

Oh and @cowed, I'm a fatass 90kg :(

deadlift pr medley today

105x6
125x3
140x1

bw 60kg

as usual, conditions were less than desirable: sore hams, no breakfast and a big morning dump :s34:

my right grip was giving out fast on 140. locked out for a split second and it all came down. lucky the clubfitt instructor didn't come over to kachiao :D

:)

btw I'm not updating the original post anymore, haven't been for like 1-2 years coz I just can't be bothered anymore. If anyone wants to take the trouble to sift through the dozens of pages and update it and then pass me the text and charts to update, I'll update it. Otherwise, the original post will remain stagnant and outdated as of dunno what date. :)
