The Audio Technica ATH-ES55 will fit well into that budget although it depends on whether you are ok with the sound. If you would prefer more quantity in bass, you can also consider the AKG K450. You should drop by to audition them and most might end up stretching their budget after some testing but at least you get something you like.

Ultrasone HFI-15G is a very high quality but underrated headphone around the price range, they should be compared to the Grado SR60 however the Ultrasone is lighter, smaller with a shorter but durable cable.

Of course, I'm not sure if you are looking more towards a headphone for portable or home but the HFI-15G is similar to those you are inquiring about.
