Yup you could but we don't have the TF10 original eartips for sale separately anymore ( only small and large i believe ). If you would like to consider other alternatives, why not consider the Sony Hybrid tips ( Small and Medium ) or the Shure black rubber flanges?
If not, you could also consider getting a real cheap set of UE100 or UE200 and get the tips inside?

Why like that?! I tried M hybrid tips but still cannot isolate properly... IE8 really very tricky. Anything that can work for sure? T500 can fit properly? Hybrid tips took me awhile to put onto the sound nozzle...
We have no means to source out for the old type of Ultimate Ears tips ( two years ago stock tips ) if that's what you are looking for.
I truly understand how the isolation and fitting can be a pain in the butt to fully enjoy the IEM properly. Comply T500 would fit but it's really a costly option.
Hybrid tips really need some skill to insert into the nozzle of the IE8 cos it's a little smaller than normal.
If not, i would personally suggest probably saving up for custom eartips?
Guess no choice but to get T500 liao. Is T500 a tight fit?

This would cover the second year warranty by Westone. In any case if your Westone is damaged or defective in the second year from your date of purchase, you would have to liase with Westone customer service officers and ship the product to USA yourself.

From what i remember, they changed the items included in the packaging. I noticed that the carabiner hook was missing from the carrying case as well.
There should be a warranty card from Westone USA included in the packaging. If not, you would have to register online at www.westone.com
There is a one year local warranty covered by the local service centre for Westone which is located at 60 Marsiling Road, SKM building. Do keep the receipt for verification purposes and you would have to present it if there's any defects with your Westone products.
