1 lot is generally 100 shares but for the STI ETF be it G3B or ES3, 1 lot is 10 shares...
Haha i give up explaining alrdy. Some stubborn ppl will always think that sti etf lot size is 100 or even 1000.

Every 100 points go in 10k. Then below STI 2k buy more until used up my CPF OA.

Last Friday queued at 2.52 but never got it. This Friday maybe can get at 2.3 liao??

thats why sound advice is: you will never know when is rock bottom.

Some people invest when uptrend, but u also nv know if its going down again.

So best is buy at the price you are comfortable at holding it.

Short term trading may not be applicable for the above, more for long term holdings.

can just buy and sell thru online brokerage firm?

i thought their price is based on sti movement?

im confused

Pretty new to etf too. For STI there's 2 tracking STI. ES3 and G3B. Any differences between the 2?

The STI ETF tracks the STI index and buys the 30 stocks making up the index. So when the individual stocks give out dividends, you will also received them from the ETF.
