I have roughly the same plan...Will stop my RSP on ES3 once it reaches $3 and will resume RSP when it goes below $3...

First timer going to buy STI ETF via ES3.SI. What would be a decent entry price? I will be using my SRS funds for this to buy some STI ETF and some sg banks.

What’s your time horizon?

1 day?

10 days?

1 year?

10 years?

There isn’t a magical price.

If you target a magical price and you don’t achieve that, then you may never be on the boat.

less than 2.5 will it happen in the next 2 months ? Because we are already in phase 2 and things have stabilized already?

i wont know...who can? if everyone has 100% conviction it will be, everyone will be shorting it already.

If u think has stabilize, and believe it can only go up from here, what is stopping u from entering like now.

My avg. price is 2.53 (will only buy if it goes lower). I wont go anything higher than that. But thats because i am vested.

Imo now is as good as any time to get in. Instead of focusing on how low it went, how about what is the average over the past 1,3 or 5 years? And not forgetting the dividend of about 3 to 4% annual.

If you are worried, just dca your intended sum over the next 3 to 6 months.

-- You mean for the bank stocks and not for STI ETF right?

All 30 components of the SIT ETF if they declare dividends will be given to STI ETF.
